I have been thinking about weddings a lot lately. Two of my friends are getting married soon and are both planning the big event. I have been shopping with them both for various bridal supplies. I have been finding it a lot of fun as it is a long time since my wedding and I did not really splash out as we didn’t have a lot of money ? it was just a small family event which we all enjoyed ? simple but fun. It has been interesting though, looking at all of those things which I missed out on such as wedding favors for example. I had no idea that there were so many and such good ideas for fillings. I always thought that they were sugared almonds in plain boxes but there are many variations these days. I am actually hosting a bridal shower for one of my friends and so I really should be looking for bridal shower invitations and place cards as well as recipes and a cake. I plan to make it a really memorable occasion so I had better get a move on!I have been getting so carried away with what the brides to be have been doing that I have forgotten about my own responsibilities!
